An MAU is a monthly active user. We count an MAU as a unique user that has been served a Frigade Engage-powered experience during the current month.
How long does it take to integrate with Frigade Engage?
The Frigade Engage SDK can be installed and set up within 5 minutes. Some of our customers have taken their first Flows to production in 30 minutes.

Code-based building with our SDK and API allows you to create high quality and fully custom onboarding experiences. You can control every detail of the experience, and Frigade Engage gives you status, content, and user management out of the box to make building easier.
No-code building is supported with Frigade Engage, too. Install in-app channels in your product and launch new Flows to them without writing any code using our Collection functionality.
What frameworks do you support?
We are focused primarily on React. We also offer a vanilla JS SDK. We're working on Vue and Angular support. Reach out for more details if you're interested.
How do you handle security and privacy?
We take security and privacy seriously. We're SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, and our SDK doesn't require sharing any PII. We only store the data you decide to send Frigade Engage.
Is Frigade Engage reliable?
Oh yeah! We're built on top of AWS and have a 99.99% uptime SLA. We also have robust monitoring and alerting to ensure we're always up and running.
