Collections: Launch Flows without code
Today we're launching Collections, a new feature that lets non-technical teammates ship targeted React-based flows like announcements, banners, and tours without involving engineering.

Today we're launching a new feature called Collections. Collections enable your team to ship highly targeted React-based Flows like announcements, banners, and product tours in your web app without involving engineering. We've been hard at work on this release for nearly two months, and we're so excited to finally share it with our customers. Here's how they work:
1. Install re-usable UI channels in your product to house new Flows
Unlike many other adoption tools, Frigade Collections can be embedded within your actual product UI to serve as reusable in-app channels. For instance, you could create a channel for in-app banners in your dashboard, or a channel for customer success promotions in your sidebar.
Once installed, you can customize and style your Collections so that all future launches automatically blend in seamlessly with the rest of your product.
2. Empower teammates to launch new in-app Flows without engineering
Once installed, non-technical teammates can self-serve launch new UI components through Collections. Today, you can launch ready-made Frigade UI components like announcements, banners, and product tours, and we're planning to add support for launching custom UI components soon, too.
3. Orchestrate the experience and avoid spam with built-in air traffic control
Frigade provides air traffic control-like functionality to ensure a good user experience. You can use Frigade's targeting to personalize each Flow to specific sets of users at exactly the right time. Then, configure controls like cool-offs, limits, and priorities to ensure users are not overwhelmed by in-app messaging.

Re-introducing the Frigade demo site, rebuilt on the 2.0 SDK. Forms, tours, checklists, modals, and inline cards, with the source code on GitHub.
Introducing Frigade AI: Intelligent Product Assistance
Today we're launching Frigade AI: an intelligent product assistant that learns your software by using it. A new product alongside the SDK that already powers our existing customers.
