All Engage plans now have access to multiple environments. Keep separate instances for development, staging, and production, and switch between them. Especially useful when iterating on Flows, and avoids ID collisions and analytics noise.

Insights are more accurate, and each one names a single problem
Each insight now names a single problem, with a title specific enough that you can hand it to someone and have them go and fix it.

Slack integration now supports threads
If your team follows Frigade questions in Slack, a back and forth now reads as one conversation. Follow-up questions post as replies under the original message, the same way the conversation is already grouped in the dashboard. That way, a channel that used to fill with loose notifications now holds one thread per conversation. This makes it a lot easier to track your Frigade Assistant's conversations with the same user.

Talk to your data: ask Frigade about your own workspace
You can now query your Frigade data directly instead of reading it off the dashboard. This is useful for queries such as who your heaviest users are, how many questions the assistant answered this month, and figuring out what the recurring themes are with your users.
