When we're not busy shipping new features for our customers, we like to spend our free cycles working on the Frigade product onboarding, naturally. It's kind of meta – we know.
It's useful for us to build with our own product, and it's a great way to show our customers what's possible. So, this week we are excited to launch our brand new Frigade onboarding flow powered by Frigade forms. The new Flow collects intent data from each signup and automatically notifies our team on Slack.
The best part is that the whole experience took less than a few hours to build with Frigade, and it provides a ton of benefits compared to building something from scratch:
✅ Embed the Flow natively in the product UI (no pesky iFrames)
✅ No-code editing and updates from the web app
✅ Support for custom logic and branching for each question
✅ Analytics on completion and drop-off rates
✅ Extend the form with custom components like progress bars
✅ Support both light and dark mode out of the box
