We invested in stability, bug fixes, and quality polish across all of Engage. Some highlights:
- Emoji-based feedback survey component — collect user sentiment on a scale of 😞 to 😍, or any other range with custom rating scales.
- Dashboard redirect fix — no more blank screens after a stale tab or deep link.
- Search docs from the dashboard — a new AI-powered widget for finding answers without leaving the dashboard.
- Improved navbar usability — easier access to profile and organization settings.
- Role-based access control — Scale plan customers can now set up RBAC in the Frigade dashboard.
Plus 100+ additional commits across the SDK, dashboard, and docs.

Our EU Region is now Generally Available
Since launching the Frigade Assistant, one of our top requests has been offering a dedicated and GDPR compliant EU region. Today we're excited to announce that this option is now generally available to all EU-based Frigade customers.
