A product agent learns your product by using it and keeps that knowledge current as your product changes. Product agents do the learning that powers Frigade Assistant and Assist API. They are separate from the assistant or agent your customers interact with.
We offer a free product demo with our team. It’s a live session to see Frigade learn your product and guide a workflow, rather than a free production plan.
No. They are different ways to use Frigade on the same plan. Assistant includes the customer interface. Assist API brings Frigade's product answers and guidance to your own agent. You can use either or both.
Install the Assistant SDK and connect your product and documentation. Your team can then review responses, customize the interface, and configure Suggestions or tools before rollout. With Assist API, your team connects its own agent to Frigade.

No. We offer US and EU hosting. EU hosting is available to any EU team at no additional cost on Growth and Enterprise.
