See what your surveys and forms are telling you, without leaving Frigade

Frigade Engage has always let you deploy NPS surveys, CES, and custom forms right inside your product. Now you read the results in the same place you built them. The new Results tab turns raw responses into the numbers you actually check.

For an NPS survey you get the score up top with the promoter, passive, and detractor split, then every question below it, shown as bars or a pie with the average and the response count. Open-text answers are listed out. Forms get the same treatment, question by question.

Reading any of this used to mean exporting to a spreadsheet first. Now it updates as responses come in, you can scope it to a date range, and CSV export is still there when you want the raw rows.
