Your agent handles the conversation with your customers. Frigade's product agents learn your product by using it and keep that knowledge current as it changes. Assist API brings what they learn to your agent. The plan's product-agent allowance refers to those Frigade learning agents.

Yes. Use them interchangeably on the same plan. Assistant includes the customer interface; Assist API adds Frigade's product answers and guidance to your own agent. Both use the same product knowledge.
