Insights are more accurate, and each one names a single problem
Aug 20, 2026
Each insight now names a single problem, with a title specific enough that you can hand it to someone and have them go and fix it.
Insights reflect what people are asking you now, so the list tracks where your product is today and what your users are running into this week.
Categories land correctly too. When someone asks how to delete a record and your assistant tells them it is not possible, that shows up as a Product Request rather than a Knowledge Gap, so the things your users want built stay separate from the things your docs should cover.
Open insights look after themselves. While an issue keeps coming up, its insight stays and keeps absorbing new questions. Once people stop asking, because you fixed it or because it faded, the insight drops off without you having to clear it. Anything you have already closed stays closed.
Insights refresh overnight, and the sidebar marks Insights when there is something new waiting for you.
