New Theming Examples

We've added new theming examples to demo.frigade.com to showcase what's possible when you customize Engage components. The latest additions include Windows-inspired interfaces, Spotify-style dark themes, and retro Vaporwave aesthetics.

Introducing the Assist API: product expertise for the agent you already built

Insights are more accurate, and each one names a single problem
Each insight now names a single problem, with a title specific enough that you can hand it to someone and have them go and fix it.

Slack integration now supports threads
If your team follows Frigade questions in Slack, a back and forth now reads as one conversation. Follow-up questions post as replies under the original message, the same way the conversation is already grouped in the dashboard. That way, a channel that used to fill with loose notifications now holds one thread per conversation. This makes it a lot easier to track your Frigade Assistant's conversations with the same user.
