Mobile web support
Aug 1, 2026
Frigade Assistant now runs on mobile web. Users get a bottom sheet designed for a thumb instead of a desktop panel squeezed onto a phone, with answers from a separate mobile knowledge base the agent built by using your product at phone size.
Behind it is a second product agent, trained separately on the mobile version of your product, because most applications have a separate mobile layout (the sidebar becomes a hamburger menu, settings move behind an icon, and so on). Answers point at what is actually on a mobile user's screen.
The mobile assistant takes as little room as possible, drops to the bottom while a user goes to act on the answer, rises with the keyboard, and respects safe-area insets. None of it needs configuring. Mobile is in early access, so reach out to us if you'd like it enabled for your workspace.

Talk to your data: ask Frigade about your own workspace
You can now query your Frigade data directly instead of reading it off the dashboard. This is useful for queries such as who your heaviest users are, how many questions the assistant answered this month, and figuring out what the recurring themes are with your users.

Introducing Generative UI: answers your users can act on, not just read
Ask the Frigade Assistant a question and the answer no longer comes back as a wall of text. Unlike most chatbots, Frigade now chooses and builds the UI that best fits each answer, in the moment: a table you can scan, records you can click straight through to, choices you tap instead of type, a confirmation before it acts.

Introducing Skills: actions the assistant finds, with no code
The Frigade Assistant has always been able to take actions in your product. You wired them up by hand as tool calls, with code. Skills are the no-code version: Frigade discovers those actions on its own while it learns your product, then you switch on the ones you want for your users with no code.
