Connect Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT to your Frigade workspace

The Frigade Assistant now has an MCP server. It allows you to connect Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or ChatGPT to your workspace and ask about your questions, answers, feedback, insights, and users in plain language. For instance, you can ask it to find all the feedback pertaining to a certain topic or all the questions from a given user. It also allows you to easily set up and maintain the Assistant in your codebase.
To set it up, open Integrations in the dashboard and choose Frigade MCP Server. It shows the server URL for your region and the steps for each client.

Slack Integration for Frigade Assistant
Today, we are rolling out our native Slack integration. You can now send all user questions and Frigade responses directly to a Slack channel of your choice. We've also added the ability to send any user ratings to Slack as well.
